Revit Architectural Modeling
Development of an architectural Revit model based on client-provided CAD drawings, PDFs, sketches, approved plans, specifications, or reference information.

LOD 200–300

The Standard Package generally supports LOD 200 to LOD 300, depending on the project requirements and the information supplied by the client.

LOD 200 is suitable for generalized architectural modeling, where elements are represented with approximate size, shape, location, and orientation.

LOD 300 provides more developed architectural elements with defined size, shape, quantity, location, and orientation suitable for detailed drawing and documentation production.

The final LOD will be agreed according to the project’s scope and available source information.

Reflected Ceiling Plans

Preparation of reflected ceiling plans based on the client’s approved ceiling layout and project information.

These may show:

• Ceiling boundaries

• Ceiling levels

• Bulkheads and soffits

• Ceiling types

• Lighting positions based on supplied information

• Grilles or fixtures where provided

• Ceiling annotations

Interior Elevations

Preparation of technical interior elevations based on approved plans, reference drawings, sketches, or design information supplied by the client.

2 Revision Rounds

The package includes two rounds of reasonable revisions based on consolidated client comments and marked-up drawings.

Minor corrections and adjustments within the original agreed scope are included.

Major redesigns, new drawings, substantial scope changes, or additional modeling beyond the agreed package may be quoted separately.

Final design decisions, technical verification, regulatory compliance, engineering, and professional approval remain the responsibility of the client and their appropriately qualified professionals.

From $3,500 to $5,500

Final pricing depends on factors including project size, number of floors, building type, required LOD, number of drawings, model complexity, level of detailing, quantity of schedules, condition of source files, turnaround time, and project-specific requirements.

Standard Package — CAD + Revit Production is a strong option for clients who need both professional drawing documentation and an organized Revit/BIM model without moving into the more extensive technical scope of the Premium Package.
