This package combines architectural drawings, interior drawings, Revit/BIM modeling, detailed technical documentation, construction detailing, and 3D visualization into one coordinated production package.

Architectural Drawing Package
Complete architectural drawing production based on client-provided approved designs, plans, sketches, specifications, markups, and project information. Depending on the agreed scope, drawings may include floor plans, roof plans, elevations, sections, enlarged plans, schedules, annotations, and architectural details.

Interior Drawing Package
Detailed technical documentation of the client’s approved interior design. This may include furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, flooring/finish plans, interior elevations, enlarged room plans, kitchen and bathroom elevations, cabinetry drawings, ceiling details, and related interior documentation.

Revit / BIM Modeling
Development of a coordinated architectural and interior Revit model from client-provided CAD files, PDFs, drawings, specifications, or existing models. The Revit model can also serve as the primary source for plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and drawing sheets.

LOD 300–350

The Premium Package generally provides LOD 300 to LOD 350, depending on the project requirements and available information.

LOD 300 supports accurately developed architectural elements with defined size, shape, location, quantity, and orientation suitable for detailed documentation.

LOD 350 adds greater detail to connections, interfaces, and relationships between architectural components to support enhanced coordination and technical documentation.

The exact LOD and modeled elements will be confirmed before commencement of the project.

Detailed Elevations & Sections
Preparation of detailed exterior elevations, interior elevations, building sections, wall sections, and enlarged sectional drawings based on the approved project information.

These drawings may include material references, levels, dimensions, architectural components, ceiling conditions, wall assemblies, openings, and other relevant technical information.

Joinery & Millwork Details
Technical drafting and modeling support for client-designed joinery, cabinetry, and millwork elements. Depending on scope, this may include kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, reception counters, shelving, wall panels, built-in furniture, and custom cabinetry.

Plans, elevations, sections, dimensions, material references, and connection details may be prepared based on information supplied by the client, designer, contractor, or manufacturer.

Construction Detailing
Preparation of detailed architectural drawings to communicate the client’s approved design and technical requirements.

Typical details may include:

The visualization service is intended to represent the client-provided design, rather than provide independent architectural or interior design services.

Editable Source Files
Upon completion and subject to the agreed project scope, editable source files may include:

RVT • DWG • PDF • JPG/PNG • Approved 3D source files where applicable

The exact source-file formats should be specified in the quotation before project commencement.

3–4 Revision Rounds
The Premium Package includes three to four reasonable revision rounds based on consolidated client feedback and marked-up drawings.

Revisions within the originally approved scope are included. Major redesigns, significant changes to approved project information, additional drawings, new areas, or substantial scope changes may require an additional quotation.

The completeness and accuracy of the information provided directly affect the production scope, accuracy, cost, and delivery schedule.
